Why am I being charged after I cancelled?
If you have received an email confirmation to confirm your cancellation yet you are still being charged, please contact us immediately so we may more closely investigate. A membership cancellation automatically prevents any further billing.
How can I confirm my membersip is actually cancelled?
Upon cancelling your membership, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address that was used for the initial sign-up. Since many web-based email providers such as Gmail and Yahoo occasionally filter out confirmation emails as span or junk mail, please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder. If it appears you never received a cancellation email, please contact us and one of our agents will be able to assist you.
How does billing work for trial memberships?
Some sites allow the purchase of trial memberships at a special temporary price only available for a short time period. As explained on the join page, all trial memberships automatically upgrade to a standard monthly membership unless they are cancelled within the trial period.
How often will I be charged for my membership?
Memberships are billed according to the membership type. Monthly memberships are billed upon sign-up and every 30 days thereafter. One-year memberships are only billed upon sign-up and expire after 365 days.
My credit card has expired and I wish to maintain my current membership, how can I update my credit card information?
